About the Role

Flipajump is seeking an exceptional Manager Centro De Ocio to lead our community hub and drive its success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and inclusive environment that fosters growth, engagement, and community development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation and engagement, ensuring a strong sense of belonging among members.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver programs that cater to diverse interests and needs, promoting social cohesion and community building.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to enhance the community hub's reputation and offerings.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the community hub, ensuring effective budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
Requirements
