**Your Mission**

As our Senior User Acquisition Strategist for North America, you'll work closely with our EVP North America and North American studios to build a world-class user acquisition department. Your goal will be to leverage economies of scale, manage and grow a high-performing team of user acquisition professionals, and set the marketing budget in collaboration with senior executives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and manage online marketing campaigns to acquire new players worldwide, focusing on profitability goals and analyzing related KPIs
  • Work closely with other departments, such as product development, data analytics, and customer support, to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize user acquisition efforts
  • Manage relationships with agencies and advertising media partners, including Facebook, Google, video networks, and affiliates
  • Automate processes to the highest degree possible in the market

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need 8+ years of experience leading and running performance marketing strategies, preferably on successful mobile titles. You should also have hands-on experience bringing new mobile games to market and a deep understanding of the customer development lifecycle from acquisition to retention and reactivation.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $225,000 per year, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
