Communications Business Partner

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a skilled Communications Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that align with our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end communications strategies that engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate compelling content across various channels.
- Provide communications support to key strategic projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication tools and channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications or related field and proficiency in English.
- +5 years of experience in a communications role, with expertise in managing internal and external communications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with basic knowledge of graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and business communication, with experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to empathize and interact at different levels of the organization.
