About the Role- This is a full-time position that requires working with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.
- SUPPORTING THE ONBOARDING PROCESS FOR NEW HIRES, INCLUDING PREPARING NEW EMPLOYEE DOCUMENTATION AND ASSISTING WITH PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with employee engagement activities and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Contributing to HR reporting, such as maintaining records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Providing support with training and development programs, scheduling sessions, and coordinating materials.
- Participating in HR projects related to company policies, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn, with previous HR-related internship or coursework being a plus.
- English language proficiency is essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
