About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates, ensuring a qualitative full candidate recruitment process.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Management: Handle weekly follow-up meetings with clients, conduct onboarding processes, and create a strong and stable relationship with our clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to share best practices, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
What We Offer
  • Contract Type: 6 months contract for a trial period followed by a permanent contract.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish, and proficient-level English.
  • Experience: Previous significant experience in Recruitment or Sales, with a minimum of 6 months.
  • Skills and Qualities: Creative, adaptable, proactive, and a team player, with a passion for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
