**Key Responsibilities:**

* Project Management & Talent Initiatives: Support talent management projects that drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and elevate employee experiences.
* Collaborate on defining project scope, timelines, and goals while ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders.
* Craft insightful reports and presentations that influence leadership decisions.
* Design and facilitate workshops and training programs to empower HRBPs with essential knowledge on talent strategies.
* Global Onboarding: Own the global onboarding process, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for new hires that aligns with our company's culture and values.
* Harmonize regional onboarding efforts to create a consistent, positive experience worldwide.
* Performance Management: Partner with managers and employees to drive an effective performance management process, ensuring goals are continuously developed and tracked.
* Provide tools, resources, and guidance to enhance the performance review process.
* Career Pathing & Employee Engagement: Develop and implement clear career paths, empowering employees to see their growth potential.
* Support the planning, execution, and analysis of the Employee Engagement Survey, ensuring meaningful actions are taken based on results.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in talent management or HR roles with a global scope.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for strategy development.
* Proficiency in Workday HCM and its Talent Module preferred, with experience in other talent management systems as a plus.
* Your spoken English & Spanish skills are fluent.
