Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Six Senses Ibiza. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel pampered and cared for throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Arrival and Check-In: Ensure a seamless arrival experience for our guests, including check-in, administration tasks, and accurate documentation.
- Guest Communication: Support Residential Concierge Coordinators in contacting arriving guests, following LQA and Six Senses standards and procedures.
- Guest History and Feedback: Input relevant information into the PMS, maintaining an updated guest history accessible for future stays, and handle guest complaints, suggestions, and compliments.
- Service Excellence: Anticipate guest needs, identify service trends and gaps, and provide a seamless experience.
- Financial Management: Strictly comply with cashier procedures, report accordingly and timely, and provide all necessary information to the Finance and Management teams.
- Housekeeping and Turndown Service: Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure daily cleaning of suites and provision of Turndown Service, in accordance with preferred time frames.
- Quality and Standards: Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, maintaining and exceeding performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than two years of experience in a similar hotel operational role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with hotel systems including Micros POS, Opera PMS, and CRM platforms.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, with some knowledge of Spanish and customs.
