Job Title: Seasonal Butler for Luxury Villa in Ibiza

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Butler to join our team at a luxury villa in Ibiza, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a private household and be fluent in Spanish and English.

Job Summary:

The Butler will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our UHNW family, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This includes preparing rooms and the villa to their requirements, welcoming guests, serving drinks and canapés, laying tables and serving at the table, and assisting with packing and unpacking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing rooms and the villa to the family's requirements
  • Welcoming guests and serving drinks and canapés
  • Laying tables and serving at the table
  • Assisting with packing and unpacking
  • Providing concierge services to guests
  • Assisting with events and parties
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a private household
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktail making
  • Discreet and well-mannered
  • Recent security check
  • Background or training in security an advantage
  • Experienced with dealing with young children in a household
  • Well-presented and great front of house skills
  • Good knowledge of Ibiza (restaurants, beaches, shops)
Accommodation and Benefits:

The Butler will be provided with a casita (small summer house) in the grounds, shared with the private chef. A staff car is also provided. Breakfast will be prepared by the chef, and the housekeeper will assist.

Salary and Hours:

The salary will be €4500-€5000 per month gross, on a freelance basis, depending on experience. The hours will be 5 days a week, with some flexibility.
