About the Role
Our Sales team is the driving force behind new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business. We're looking for a Growth Account Executive who will leverage their industry knowledge and product expertise to match customers with the best solutions and drive adoption of new features. If you're a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities to deepen customer relationships via a solution-based sales approach.
Build rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups.
Understand where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Meet and exceed sales targets in line with the Growth Account Executive team's KPIs.

Requirements
Fluency in English and German.
Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email.
2+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others would miss.
Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships.
A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your team.
Advanced experience in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
