Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a dedicated Salesforce and Veeva Align Specialist to join our team and collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical organization.

The role of the Salesforce and Veeva Align Specialist is essential for the successful implementation, configuration, and management of the Salesforce and Veeva Align systems within our company. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of business workflows and the capability to convert them into effective solutions utilizing the functionalities of Salesforce and Veeva Align.

Note: This position will require working hours from 14:00 to 22:00 to align with our operations in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: The Specialist will lead the initial setup of Salesforce and Veeva Align, ensuring that configurations meet the unique needs of the organization. This includes developing custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and user profiles.
  • Administration and Maintenance: Regular upkeep and updates of the Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms will be the responsibility of the Specialist. This encompasses user management, troubleshooting technical issues, enhancing performance, and applying necessary updates and patches.
  • Support and Training: Acting as the primary contact for users of Salesforce and Veeva Align, the Specialist will provide technical assistance and training, address user inquiries, and resolve any platform-related issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint areas for enhancement and explore opportunities to refine business processes through the configuration and customization of Salesforce and Veeva Align. Participation in planning and executing new features and upgrades will be expected.
  • Data Management: Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce and Veeva Align will be a key responsibility. The Specialist will oversee data loading processes, ensuring that all data is clean and complete.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in administering Salesforce and/or Veeva Align.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer management processes.
  • Technical proficiency in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting Salesforce and Veeva Align.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing user support and training.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and optimize systems.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with data loading processes.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
