About the Role

SAP SuccessFactors is the cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) technology line of business at SAP, enabling customers to make every employee successful through leading technology solutions.

The HCM Partner Growth Strategist is a global role working with strategic specialist HCM partners, building the partner relationship and driving revenue growth through joint business planning and execution.

This is a revenue-enabling role, where you will work daily with our partners and alongside customer- and market-facing teams to achieve software license revenue growth, successful customer outcomes, and innovation through ecosystem partnerships.

You will be the main point of contact for building and managing partner relationships, defining joint business plans, and executing growth initiatives as a link between partners and SAP's GTM and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage revenue generation through assigned HCM specialist Partners, achieving desired revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Act as a thought leader and orchestrator of the Partner relationship end-to-end, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional Partner experience through engagement with SAP.
  • Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the Partner's business with SAP.

Requirements:

Functional Experience

  • Experience driving Partner value realization based on agreed business outcomes across financial, business development, and customer success.
  • Expert governance and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in orchestration of ecosystem practices, leading with influence and managing multiple relationships to achieve a common goal.
  • HCM domain knowledge, gained through working in sales, customer success, or partner management.
  • 5+ years in a Partner facing role; experience working for an SAP partnership is desired.

SAP Specific Knowledge

  • Knowledge of SAP's Ecosystem Strategy, Partner Program, and Commercial Models.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM technology and related ecosystem of partners.
