Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation and Electrical Engineer to join our team in Mallorca, Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining industrial process automation and control systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in streamlining our production processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement industrial process automation and control systems, including PLC programming and HMI development.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process control philosophies and optimize industrial processes.
  • Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment and processes.
  • Train staff on new processes and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot automated processes and equipment when errors occur.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing industrial process automation and control systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and improving industrial processes.
  • Understanding of renewable energy concepts, trends, and economics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual with a passion for innovation and improvement.
