Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation and Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting in the automation of our core conversion upgrading technologies. Your primary focus will be on planning, implementing, operating, and monitoring automation technology to streamline our production processes, increase productivity, and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the automation of core conversion upgrading technologies
  • Plan, implement, operate, and monitor automation technology
  • Streamline production processes while maintaining product quality
  • Lead and execute tasks to deliver full chemical process automation (pilot scale)
  • Collaborate with the team to define the process control philosophy in a continuous optimization framework

Requirements

  • Robust background in electrics and instrumentation
  • Proficient in assembling complete PLC systems, encompassing both digital and analogue sensors to variable frequency drives
  • Ability to program basic automation and develop straightforward Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) for pilot plants and testing environments
  • Future leadership capabilities and a focus on executing work packages
  • Flexible mindset to succeed in a dynamic environment
