Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive top-of-funnel audience growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to ensure proper prioritization of initiatives and drive accountability.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to operationalize and optimize projects, including driving accountability and maintaining revenue-critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide insights on funnel performance to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance, and manage the marketing budget to ensure accurate tracking of costs and performance metrics.
  • Develop insightful presentations that summarize key data, identify underlying trends, and result in actionable strategic recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, with a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
