**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Epam Systems. As a key member of our IT Support Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide remote technical support to a large user base, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues, from simple laptop problems to complex infrastructure issues.
- Log and track user requests and alerts in our ServiceNow system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to continuously improve our IT infrastructure and services.
- Develop and maintain our knowledge base and procedures, ensuring up-to-date documentation and best practices.
- Manage and maintain our hardware and infrastructure inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Helpdesk, providing remote technical support, systems engineering, and administration.
- Strong experience with Windows 11, macOS, Android, and iOS, as well as Office 365.
- Familiarity with hardware component upgrades, videoconferencing tools, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English (B2+) and Spanish (min. B1).
