As a Solution Architect on our Contact Center product line team, you'll play a key role in shaping our global platforms to meet enterprise standards.

Your responsibilities will include designing and reviewing solutions, researching new technologies, and developing architectural strategies. You'll work closely with our Infrastructure team, CRM teams, and engineers to ensure our technical requirements are secure and meet the needs of our customers.

We're looking for a passionate individual with a deep understanding of Cisco telephony and telecommunications, as well as experience with Workforce Engagement Management software platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and review global platforms to meet enterprise standards
* Research and evaluate new technologies to improve our solutions
* Develop architectural strategies and roadmaps
* Partner with our Infrastructure team, CRM teams, and engineers to ensure secure technical requirements
* Experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
* 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and architecture
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco telephony and telecommunications, Workforce Engagement Management software platforms, and related technologies

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience with CCaS (Genesys/TalkDesk) system knowledge
* Contact center operations experience with Workforce Optimization Platforms, Call Recording Technology, and Integrations with third-party solutions
* Understanding of Workforce Engagement Management software platforms, their features, integrations capabilities, and use cases
