We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and mature Norwegian content moderator to join our team at Job Squad in Barcelona. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and filtering content on a popular social media platform to ensure a safe experience for users.

Your daily tasks will include reviewing user flagging reports, understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines, and analyzing and identifying content that is not in compliance with requirements. You will also need to recognize trends and patterns, escalate issues outside of established policies, and use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community.

You will work in a hybrid work model, with the option to work from the office or your own home in Barcelona. We offer development opportunities within the company, office located with sea views, Spanish lessons, and a range of other benefits.

Requirements:

  • Native Norwegian speaker with fluent English (B2)
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments (plus, but not a must)
  • Affinity with social media platforms
  • Good understanding and level of computer handling skills
  • Ability to deal with highly sensitive content
  • Aware of current cultural, political, and social events
