This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Technical Team that drives innovation, product consolidation, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Optimize and verify production procedures and processes.
  • Support the implementation of industrial means and start-up activities.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support in the shop floor.
  • Develop and implement best practices for manufacturing methods and processes, ensuring quality, cost, and time efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and KCs.
  • Apply Standard Times Methods and simulations to optimize workflow and balance workloads.
  • Improve the layout, material chain, and management in the shopfloor.
  • Support and deploy manufacturing needs and feedback for continuous improvement, Kaizen, PPS, and defining industrial means requirements.
  • Organize workload in the shopfloor, develop time, cost, and quality KPIs.

Requirements :

Education : Higher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.

Experience :

  • At least 2 years of experience in Manuf Engineering Methods, Tools, and Process of Electronic Boards.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production environment (production of electronics boards/units will be appreciated).

Soft Skills :

  • Disciplined and methodical person with capability to negotiate with diverse teams.
  • Trainer and pedagogic skills.
  • Proactivity, organization, autonomy, and adaptation to change.
  • Knowledge in ERP and SPC process.
  • Knowledge in specific IT tools used in planning: Excel/MSProject.
  • Knowledge in Standard line balancing methods and simulations.
  • Experience in use of SAP will be highly valued.
