Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Manufacturing Production Engineer and Process Development to join our team at Airbus CRISA in Tres Cantos, Madrid area. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the Space business, including Launchers and Commercial Telecommunications Satellites.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and diverse Technical Team focused on:

This role requires a strong background in electronics manufacturing engineering, with experience in process optimization, verification, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making things fly and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and verify production processes and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of new industrial means and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the shop floor.
  • Develop and implement best practices for manufacturing methods and processes.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plans, and other quality-related documents.
  • Optimize workflow and balance using Standard Time Methods and simulations.
  • Improve the layout, material chain, and management in the shop floor.
  • Support and deploy continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and PPS.
  • Develop and track time, cost, and quality KPIs.

Requirements:

Education: Higher Education (Grade or Master) in Aeronautic, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering methods, tools, and processes for electronics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing.

Soft Skills:

  • Disciplined and methodical approach with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Trainer and pedagogic skills.
  • Proactivity, organization, autonomy, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of ERP and SPC processes.
  • Knowledge of specific IT tools used in planning, such as Excel and MSProject.
  • Knowledge of Standard line balancing methods and simulations.
  • Experience with SAP is highly valued.
