Job Title: Manual Soldering and Assembly_Electronical ManufacturingJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual soldering and assembly, with a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual or automatic operations and preliminary control during the processes of manufacturing electronic components.
  • Assemble electronic equipment such as Printed Circuit Board (PCB), microwave units, and other electronic devices.
  • Perform first-level test and quality inspection to ensure high-quality products.
  • Manage associated documentation, including drawings, Bill of Material, non-conformities, repairs, and modifications.
  • Meet specific tasks, such as mounting, welding, and varnishing of conventional technology (TH) and surface mount (SMT) electronic boards.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in production environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
  • Electronics Manufacturing Certificate of Higher Education (ES- FP grado superior) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to interpret technical drawings and standards.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ESA certification in ECSS-Q-ST-70-08, ECSS-Q-ST-70-38, ECSS-Q-ST-70-28, and ECSS-Q-ST-70-26 standards.
  • Certification in IPC 7711/ 7721 and IPC-A-610 standards.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
