Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Holiday Sales Representative to join our team at Mvci Holidays S.L. As a Holiday Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls, exceeding minimum production requirements set by management, and liaising with owners to generate new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell holiday preview packages to guests via inbound and outbound calls to likely prospects.
  • Qualify all potential purchasers of holiday previews.
  • Actively provide service which exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Maintain a client contact log and reservation details on Goldmine as lead tracking system.
  • Manage all call-backs on a daily basis pro rata.
  • Obey all departmental and procedural rules.
  • Use standard templates and generate appropriate guest correspondence where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
