Business Growth Strategist

Our growth team is responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all markets and ensuring our partners perform as expected. Decisions are data-driven from top to bottom, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model.
About the role:
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance overall company performance in different business departments working in Germany
- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
- Create end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
- Develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
- Work with people and projects across different markets, focusing on Germany
About You
- Engineering bachelor's (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics role
- Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work across disciplines and departments
