We're now looking for a skilled Fleet Care Technical Specialist to join our Aftermarket Support Engineering Team, focusing on developing the OEM technical support framework for our S4 aircraft program.
Responsibilities- Develop processes and procedures related to OEM aircraft fleet support, including field events, AOG resolution, issue resolution, and fleet monitoring.
- Support the development and deployment of a fleet care center, providing worldwide support to our commercial operations organization.
- Lead the creation of workflows, templates, and documentation (e.g., Fault Isolation Manual) to support the field and facilitate feedback to our design organization.
