Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading and repair of flow cytometers and related equipment with proficiency in a timely manner.
- Professionally managing technical needs of customers while delivering service excellence.
- Maintaining accurate records of practical examinations.
- Identifying customer needs and contributing to improvements in products.
- Managing daily schedule to ensure priority is placed upon urgent customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or other technical degree.
- 2 years experience troubleshooting and repairing Life Science equipment and/or integrated systems.
- Work experience with electrical or mechanical equipment is highly preferred.
- Professional level English fluency is required.
