Job Description

Forvia, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing efficient and ergonomic production processes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the product interface with product development
  • Contribute to the engineering change management process
  • Support continuous improvement and production
  • Participate in the manufacturing engineering network
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry
  • Strong technical skills in product and process design, including FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • International mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
