Supply Chain Performance and Manufacturing Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Performance and Manufacturing Engineering Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the animation and deployment of the Schneider Lean System (SPS) and will play a critical role in process development and optimization needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the animation and deployment of the Schneider Lean System (SPS)
  • Process development and optimization needs
  • Strong contribution to the elaboration and deployment of standards and continuous improvement processes
  • Management of industrial projects
  • Ability to apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities
  • Understanding of demand variation amplification for service level/capacity and cash flow impacts
  • Knowledge of late differentiation, queue simulation, lead time optimization
  • Conducts value add/non-value add analysis and creates and interprets value stream maps
  • Understands how to design line layout, workstations, and material presentation that minimize waste and balances work content and conducts takt/cycle time analysis
  • Interprets diagnostic results and conducts changeover analysis, material handling analysis, and overall equipment effectiveness
