Project Manager - Strategic Planning and Execution

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules, keeping stakeholders informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including technical resources and client stakeholders.
  • Train and coach team members, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with BI or CPM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Fluency in English, French, and/or German is a plus.
