The Role

Ideals has been ranked among the Top-5% of all companies on RepVue, as rated by Sales professionals. The Sales team has driven our steady 30%+ YoY growth, generating millions in revenue. We're seeking a results-driven Global Business Development Representative based in Spain to support the expansion of our Ideals VDR business.

You will target key Iberian account decision-makers to attain set revenue goals. A fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills is required to successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos setup.

Tech Stack

Our team utilizes LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, Phantombustrer, and Woodpecker.

What You Will Do

Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Iberia, tracking personal sales activities in CRM.

Conduct detailed customer persona research before initial contact, organizing product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects.

Proactively initiate communication, build rapport, and maintain active engagement with prospects, collecting information and feedback guiding them through qualification.

Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
