The Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives, ensuring that team performance meets or exceeds expectations. This role involves onboarding, coaching, training, and success of new starters in the team, as well as continually identifying areas for development with existing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of full-cycle sales executives
- Set clear expectations for performance and conduct, measuring against these standards to meet or exceed budget expectations
- Evaluate the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, preparing regular sales forecasts for management
- Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member, providing guidance on how to improve
- Benchmark key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region
