Job Summary

The Content Strategy & Experience team in Customer Technical Success (CTS) at Autodesk is seeking a dynamic Technical Content Developer, AutoCAD to manage a catalog of product support content for AutoCAD. This role is responsible for overseeing AutoCAD content development for customers and partners, designing integrated omni-channel audience-centric content plans, accomplishing tasks to improve content, and collaborating across teams to enhance support content experiences that drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy for AutoCAD, ensuring high-quality product expertise is delivered to customers through impactful content experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated content plans that meet the needs of customers and partners.
  • Oversee the development of product support content for AutoCAD, including documentation, tutorials, and other resources.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Content Strategy & Experience to ensure alignment with the company's overall content strategy.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the product support strategy to ensure customers realize the full value of Autodesk's products.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of content strategy and development principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, located within commuting distance of office in Montreal, Barcelona, or Bangalore.
