Buscamos un SAP Support Specialist con experiencia mínima de 3 años para unirte a nuestro equipo en Second Window. En esta posición, serás responsable de brindar soporte técnico y funcional a nuestros usuarios, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de SAP Basis.

Responsabilidades
  • Diagnosticar, solucionar y resolver problemas del sistema SAP.
  • Realizar monitoreo del sistema, ajuste del rendimiento y mantenimiento regular del sistema.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de SAP Basis para actualizaciones, parches y mejoras del sistema.
  • Brindar soporte de primera línea a los usuarios finales para consultas y problemas relacionados con SAP.
  • Ayudar a los usuarios con las funcionalidades de SAP, asegurándose de que estén completamente capacitados y puedan aprovechar las capacidades del sistema.
  • Desarrollar y mantener documentación de usuario y materiales de capacitación.
  • Trabajar con los usuarios empresariales para comprender sus requisitos y traducirlos en soluciones SAP.
  • Ayudar en el diseño, pruebas e implementación de mejoras y nuevas funcionalidades de SAP.
  • Registrar y administrar tickets de soporte garantizando la resolución oportuna de los problemas.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en soporte técnico y funcional de SAP.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de SAP y experiencia en equipos de producto Agile.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Inglés C1.
