SAP Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Specialist to join our team at Ad4Octogono. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve SAP system issues, performing system monitoring, performance tuning, and regular system maintenance.
- Provide first-line support to end-users for SAP-related inquiries and issues, assisting users with SAP functionalities and developing user documentation and training materials.
- Work with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, customizing and configuring SAP modules to support business processes.
- Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues and analyzing recurring problems to implement corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and functionalities.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Agile product teams and hands-on experience with SAP modules such as Ariba, AP, AR, GL, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
