About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Specialist to join our team at Ad4Octogono. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to end-users for SAP-related issues and inquiries.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and regular system maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with the SAP Basis team to coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials to ensure users are fully trained and can leverage the system's capabilities.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and functionalities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Agile product teams.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as Ariba, AP, AR, GL, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
