Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Cybersecurity organization as the Global Cybersecurity Strategy Leader. This role will be responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction of our Cybersecurity organization, aligning with our corporate strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Cybersecurity strategy, incorporating industry trends, threat landscape, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Level 1 Leadership Team to define and execute strategic initiatives, including work plans, data analysis, and actionable recommendations.
- Break down strategy to all levels of the organization, facilitating strategy process for departments and services.
- Manage stakeholders within and outside the Cybersecurity organization, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Participate in global strategy leadership rounds, driving business growth and revenue.
- Review and analyze business strategy and goals to identify areas for improvement, opportunities, and potential strengths.
Requirements
- Seasoned executive with strong strategy orientation, leadership experience, and technical interest.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to advise and act as a Doer & Advisor.
- Cybersecurity background, business leadership experience, and operational knowledge of Siemens' businesses are highly desirable.
