Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

UNICEF is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ICT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative technology solutions to support our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex technology solutions using Salesforce products and advanced Apex programming.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide advanced support capabilities, including debugging and resolving complex platform issues.
  • Contribute to the development of standards, architectural governance, and design patterns.
  • Ensure adherence to UNICEF's information security and data privacy policies.
Requirements:
  • Advanced university degree in Information Systems Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least five years of professional experience in information technology management, including experience with Salesforce products and advanced Apex programming.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing and Community Cloud, and NP Cloud.
  • Experience in architecting, developing, and maintaining complex and integrated technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
