About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Engineer to join our team in the Galileo project at GMV Spain. As a key member of our Validation and Verification Software Team, you will be responsible for performing level three maintenance tasks on the control center, including analysis and testing of corrections to errors found, installing patches, and preparation of test environments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in complex and distributed systems, with experience in Linux operating systems and Windows. Additionally, you should have knowledge of tools related to Software V&V activities, including requirements management and/or tests, incident/ticket management, and source code management.

  • Requirements management and/or tests, such as DOORS, Zephyr, qTest, TestLink, or TestRail
  • Incident/ticket management, such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Redmine
  • Source code management, such as Git or SVN; experience in virtualized environments and containers such as vSphere, K8S, or Docker
