L3 Maintenance Software Testing Engineer - Galileo

We are expanding our Validation and Verification Software Team in the Galileo project at GMV Spain.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In this team, you will learn all the elements that make up the control center, and you will perform level three maintenance tasks on it, including:

  • Analysis and testing of corrections to errors found
  • Installing patches
  • Preparation of test environments

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for engineering graduates with experience in complex and distributed systems (Linux operating system; Windows is valuable).

Knowledge of tools related to Software V&V activities:

  • Requirements management and/or tests, such as DOORS, Zephyr, qTest, TestLink, or TestRail
  • Incident/ticket management, such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Redmine
  • Source code management, such as Git or SVN; experience in virtualized environments and containers such as vSphere, K8S, or Docker
  • We will value experience in Galileo KMF / GSMC / HSM elements/components and/or experience/knowledge of security requirements and encryption of satellite communications
