Pastelero/a Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pastelero/a to join our team at 7Pines Resort Ibiza. As a key member of our pastry brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place and manage food preparation according to standard recipes.
- Assist in the presentation of food and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Comply with health and hygiene standards (HACCP) and follow energy and material saving policies.
- Maintain good communication with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Open-minded and flexible personality.
- Studies related to the position and EU citizenship.
- High service orientation, customer focus, and results-driven approach.
- Language skills in Spanish or English, with any additional languages considered a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in 5-star/luxury hotels.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
