The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be motivated and committed, and have a native level of German. They will also have a full professional level of English and be comfortable making cold calls to engage potential clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to deal closure
  • Qualify and identify incoming leads to engage effectively with prospective accounts
  • Feel comfortable making cold calls to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Understand the needs of target prospects and passionately convey the value of the company's platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in other organizations
  • Deliver and sell tailored solutions to businesses, successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth

Core skills/experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales
  • An active listener with excellent communication skills
