About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated leader to oversee the implementation of our Global Safety Management System (SMS) across three regions in the EMEA area. The successful candidate will lead a team of Regional Safety Leaders and work closely with various heads of departments to ensure centralized data sharing channels are established for real-time data.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation of the Global SMS framework to enhance safety and minimize risk
Management and continuous improvement of the Global Safety Management System
Execution of the Safety Management plan and achieving Safety Performance Targets (SPT's)
Establishing and managing the Safety Management System globally and mentoring Centre Safety Managers and Aviation Safety Representatives

Requirements

Previous experience establishing or coordinating a fully functioning Safety Management System
ICAO recognized Flight Crew License to ATPL level and Type Rating Instructor Certificate
Qualified Safety professional qualification and Qualified Safety Auditor
Thorough knowledge of ICAO, Transport Canada, FAR, CASA, EASA, and other NAA regulations
IOSA Audit experience is desirable
