About the Role

As a Customer Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners across Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers comply with all relevant legislative requirements, enabling them to sell their products seamlessly on our platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with Selling Partners, addressing their compliance needs and providing guidance on new and existing legislative requirements.
  • You will work closely with internal teams, including Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments, to resolve Selling Partner issues and provide timely support.
  • Your ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a positive professional demeanor is essential in this role.
  • You will contribute to a collaborative team environment, actively seeking solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.

A Day in the Life

Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement, identifying compliance needs, and guiding Selling Partners through legislative requirements. You will work closely with various internal teams, leveraging internal tools to provide efficient and effective support. Whether speaking with Sellers via phone or email, or contributing to new projects and launches, your role will be integral to ensuring friction-free selling on Amazon platforms.
