We're seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur. As the face of our hotel, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and making a lasting impression, we want to hear from you

About the role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key control
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide personalized recommendations to guests

What you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures
