About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the highest quality of our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead QA Process: Develop and implement QA processes to ensure quality and workable deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Defect Management: Oversee and perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and sanity tests.
  • QA Tool Management: Manage and improve QA tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior QA team members to maintain a high standard of quality across all deliverables.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a QA Lead role, working within SDLC cycles and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of QA processes, including use case creation, sanity testing, functional and non-functional testing.
  • Testing Tools: Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman for API validation, SQL clients for database validation, and other QA tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to other team members.
