Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Client Advisor to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use effective selling techniques to maximize business potential and achieve sales targets.
  • Contribute to building a positive team culture by sharing information and best practices.
  • Collect and update customer information to ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book.
  • Uphold respect of company standards and procedures.
  • Keep stock information updated and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and deliver excellence in customer service.

About You

  • Excellent customer service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to various customer types.
  • Sales experience preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Excellent communication and empathic skills.
  • Commercial results orientation.
  • Good team player.
  • Multitasking and flexible.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and stressing environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and Chinese.
