About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to join our team at DFDS Spain. As a Change Management Lead, you will play a critical role in driving and executing successful change management plans in an international environment driven by M&A priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support DFDS with change priorities relating to M&As
  • Drive and execute on the SoG change management plan, providing input on what is relevant and feasible
  • Conduct change planning, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, risk management, change communication, and sparring on training
  • Provide training in the ADKAR Framework to project members
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of the change management approach and toolbox across T&I, DFDS's Technology and Innovation division

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of managing change within complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. You should have a structured approach to your work, solid experience of developing and executing successful change management plans, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working within change management, preferably in Spain
  • Prior experience working in the M&A space
  • A structured approach to your work
  • Solid experience of developing and executing successful change management plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • A can-do attitude and are hands-on, getting things done, and can driving work forward independently in complex situations
  • A Prosci ADKAR certification (or you are familiar with the framework and keen to learn)
