About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Leader to lead our IT Infrastructure Sourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Procurement Strategy: Create and execute a procurement strategy that ensures maximum value for our company, while minimizing costs and risks.
  • Manage Sourcing Processes: Direct the identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers for IT infrastructure goods and services.
  • Lead Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the development and implementation of contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and Report: Track and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier management, finance, architecture, IT outsourcing solution sales, IT infrastructure governance, or program management.
  • Education: University/advanced degree required, Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced negotiation skills, strong project management and leadership experience, senior stakeholder management.
