About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Customer Relationship Manager in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the Madrid, Caceres, and Canarias regions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Local Strategic Customer Relationships: Develop and execute strategies to grow our business in the Madrid, Caceres, and Canarias regions, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Account Management: Formulate and implement comprehensive account plans to build and maintain trustful relationships with key stakeholders, while maximizing our performance.
  3. Therapy & Product Liaison: Deliver agreed strategies and tactics to drive our performance, including delivering product and therapeutic knowledge, detailing to prescribers, and negotiating sales terms with hospital pharmacies.
  4. Commercial Excellence: Prioritize and manage accounts within assigned territory, analyzing territory sales and competitors, and tracking and communicating KPIs and performance metrics.
  5. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including KOLs, therapy nurses, and hospital pharmacists, and coordinate the required resources to respond to client needs.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in engaging partnerships with HCPs, delivering strong results in a secondary care environment, and close collaboration with HCP/payers and commercial/access managers.
  3. Skills: Self-starter/innovative thinker, results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, analytical thinking, resiliency, strong communication skills, scientific knowledge, and omnichannel engagement.
  4. Knowledge: Background in biological or medical sciences, understanding of main dynamics within the pharmaceutical industry and within the National Health System, and understanding of pricing, discounting, and commercial deals across hospitals and Trusts.
Physical Demands
  1. Ability to drive or fly to attend meetings, audits, and training.
  2. Manual dexterity required to operate office equipment.
  3. Carrying, handling, and reaching for objects.
Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel and be away from home, with a focus on the Madrid, Caceres, and Canarias regions.
