Summary & Role Information:
The Customer Engagement Center is responsible for ensuring seamless adoption of RISE SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition by customers through a Shared Services model. As a Global Process Improvement Specialist, you will leverage your extensive project management, customer engagement, and technical experience to drive strategic initiatives contributing to the growth and scalability of the unit.
The Role:
- Support global PC3 initiatives through the Business Intelligence office.
- Drive global initiatives to enhance unit growth and scalability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to propose customer-facing improvements, including process enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, sharing regular status updates and efficiencies achieved.
- Establish initiative KPIs and Goals frameworks for the unit and its employees, aligning with ECS and Customer Delivery Engagement guidance.
- Execute robust delivery plans against defined KPIs and goals.
- Adopt the Customer Efficiency strategy defined globally, leveraging digital platforms and channels for customer communications and increasing automation to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Provide effective financial stewardship, demonstrating value creation for customers and ECS.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are rolled out timely and successfully to the entire global community, including impacted stakeholder organizations.
Experience:
- 6+ years of overall experience in IT software and services.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience working with international teams is essential.
- A solid background in customer-facing processes, with Basis/Technical knowledge being a plus.
- A customer-centric mindset, with experience engaging with customers, especially senior executives.
- Knowledge of ECS customer-facing processes is beneficial.
- Understanding of RISE PCE is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Technical Managed Services.
- Experience working across multiple organizations and teams, including Commercial, Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Service Engineers, and Delivery.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills are mandatory.
- Analytical thinking and excellent time management are required.
- Availability to work flexible schedules.
- Familiarity with new technologies like AI.
- Experience with process improvement and efficiencies is valuable.
Salary Estimate:
$110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
