As a Business Travel Consultant at TravelPerk, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with our B2B customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our B2B customers in their business travels
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues
  • Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests
  • Resolve problems by applying established TravelPerk policies, procedures, and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in TravelPerk

Requirements:

  • Excellent English, spoken and written
  • Proven experience in working with Amadeus GDS
  • Proven experience in working with Amadeus GDS flights, another GDS will be a plus
  • Proven background working in the business travel industry is a plus
  • Proven experience going above and beyond to provide an amazing service to help customers

How We Work:

We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our Barcelona hub. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in-real-life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity and ultimately make us a great place to work.

At TravelPerk, we prioritize experience and potential over academic qualifications for this role. We believe that talent and ability aren't always reflected in formal credentials.
