About the Role:
Instituto De Salud Global De Barcelona (ISGlobal) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Master Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of a project focused on antimicrobial resistance.
Project Overview:
The project aims to continue developing a research line related to the search and characterization of cyclic peptides as inhibitors of efflux pumps in bacteria. The successful candidate will be involved in evaluating the in vitro activity and stability of the molecule, as well as its mechanism of action against bacteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the general organization of the research group and ensure that all research lines are carried out correctly.
- Provide support to team members, including PhD students, post-doctoral students, visitors, and other lab technicians.
- Contribute to the development of the project and its objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous laboratory experience in microbiology, particularly in antimicrobial resistance.
- Training in molecular biology.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
